Manufacturing Process

Infinium Medical is one of the few true American manufacturers of patient monitoring equipment. Quality engineering is in our DNA as our founding team was one of the first to develop and commercialize the multi-parameter patient monitor.

Infinium Medical is an ISO 13485 compliant manufacturer with a 12,000 square foot facility located in West Central Florida. The Infinium Omni series and Cleo patient monitors are designed, manufactured, and distributed globally from this factory location.

Infinium employs a component-level manufacturing process where all manufacturing elements are thoroughly inspected and tested before and throughout the assembly process. Each Infinium patient monitor undergoes a deeply validated assembly process by highly skilled biomedical technicians and engineers.

Most customer orders for Infinium patient monitors can be fulfilled and shipped on the same day. We maintain high inventory levels combined with a smart workflow system that allows an Infinium patient monitor to move from inventory, undergo a final test and inspection, have the critical accessories added, and be packaged and shipped quickly and efficiently.

Infinium medical also staffs a versatile in-house service center to accommodate all after-sale customer needs. The Infinium service center is open 9-4:30 EST and can resolve most service issues immediately.
