Overview
The GE Datex-Ohmeda Avance S5 brings anesthesia delivery and patient monitoring integration together in a compact footprint. Ventilation, gas delivery, and gas monitoring share one full-color 12-inch display, and electronic gas mixing handles up to three gases with pneumatic backup control. Extra storage and an extra-large work surface keep the room organized without adding bulk.
SmartVent ventilation (7900 technology) delivers Volume Control with tidal volume compensation and electronic PEEP as standard. Optional pressure and spontaneous-breathing modes let one machine cover a broad patient range, from neonates to routine adult procedures.
This Avance S5 is professionally refurbished, inspected, and tested, giving surgery centers and outpatient facilities a familiar GE Carestation for everyday general anesthesia.
